Heritage salad. On the late side and has a very knobbly shape. Only superb flavour can explain its survival over such a long time. Great hot or cold, sliced, diced or whole. Cook in the skin. Peeling is nearly impossible! Tubers are pink, long and oval with distinctive strange shapes. Blight resistance is low, scab resistance is high. Susceptible to Eelworm (PCN).
